Discover the offer of Verona Porta Nuova
Verona Porta Nuova connects the Veronese hinterland to the main provinces of Veneto and acts as a gate to the renowned city’s center.
Featuring a peculiar architecture based on the height difference between its functional areas, it includes a central hall fully dedicated to shopping services.
Its recently-added volumes and showcases represent a great boost in terms of brand visibility and invite passengers and visitors (a flow of 28 mln per year) to stop and take a rest.
In operation since 1852, the station of Verona Porta Nuova got destroyed by bombings during WW2, then re-built with a similar structure but different aesthetics. Originally based on a design by architect Dini between 1914 and 1915, after WW2 it was erected again following the same architectural layout, but this time based on a new project by architect Narducci.
Recent restoration interventions improved and perfected the station’s accessibility with important structural and functional changes.
